　　Shanghai Kaile Airconditioning Equipment Holding Co., Ltd. is established on the basis of the former Shanghai Kaile Airconditioning (Group) Company through its asset recombination and system reform, which is one of the first 100 stock companies of Shanghai , and its brandmark “Kaile” is one of the Shanghai famous brandmarks. Besides The company was selected as unit “strictly abiding by contracts and keeping credit”, owning the certificate awarded by ISO9001---2000 Quality Assurance System, the manufacture license of BRI Pressure Containers, as well as the quality certificate for professionally installing equipments.

The company was established in 1982, specializing in production of the terminal devices, fittings and accessories, pressure containers of central air conditioners. So far our company has ten major filiales according to their specilties: 1. The air conditioner manufacture company specializing in the manufacturing of new wind sets, changing wind rate air conditioners and combined air conditioners. 2. The blower fan coil pipes manufacturing company specializing in producing coil pipes of blower fans used in different rooms. 3. The container manufacture company specializing in producing the pressure containers and heat exchanger, the working pressure ≤10Mpa. 4. The blast tuyeres manufacture company specializing in producing aluminium alloy products and various blast tuyeres. 5. The air conditioner accessories manufacte company specializing in producing all kinds of accessories of the air conditioner, including diverse fire-proof valves and silencers. 6. The installation company professionally accepting the installation of the air conditioning projects and GNP purification projects. 7. The company specializing in producing high temperature smoke eliminating blowers, mixed flow blowers, axle flow blowers and pipe blowers. 8. The company specializing in producing wind-cooled hot pump type sets, water-cooled spiral type cool water sets. 9. The company specializing in producing heat pipeline and pipe fittings. 10. The company specializing in producing and exporting all kinds of structural connections.

   The corporation owns fixed asset 60millin RMB, current capital 28million RMB. The number of employees reaches 480, among these staff, there are 35 middle/senior engineers and about 80 technicians. The company occupies an area of 65,780 square meters and production plant is 35,800 square meters. In terms of geographical areas, the plant is divided into 5 districts: headquarter, eastern, southern ,western ans northern parts. The whole construction of each district is garden-like.

   The company, through introducing the domestic and international advanced technology and equipment constantly during these years, perfecting every major production line, plusing its advanced enterprise administration, has made its products finer and more steady, always gaining much paise of the users and air conditioning experts. In addition, the company cooperated with Beijing Architectural Design Research Institute to develop and produce the "DFQ air conditioner of divided areas" of domestic initiation, which filled in a blank of the domestic air conditioning equipments manufacturing technology, making a contribution for the air conditioner cause of our country.
